Before launching the company, Randy worked for another power‑washing firm, where he gained extensive hands‑on experience in deck restoration and brick‑paver maintenance. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a strong drive to build something of his own, Randy applied his skills and industry knowledge to establish Premium Plus Pressure Washing. As the sole owner, he continues to manage daily operations and remains actively involved on job sites.
