Semi-transparent Stain: We will hand brush anything near the house and work our way out towards the deck to ensure no stain gets on house. Thereafter, we spray 1 coat of stain on all the vertical surfaces and 2 coats on the horizontal surfaces. When we finish spraying, we use a 6 inch wide brush and hand brush the entire horizontal surfaces to ensure the stain gets applied evenly throughout the deck.
Solid Color Stain: We will hand brush anything near the house and work our way out towards the deck to ensure no stain gets on house. Thereafter, we spray the entire deck with 1 coat of the solid color stain with an airless sprayer. This ensures an even coat throughout the deck.
Dry Time: Allow 12 to 24 hours of drying time before walking or putting furniture back on deck.

This ensures algae, moss, grass and other debris be removed from the paver joints ready for the new sand.
Efflorescence: is the white, chalky residue that forms on the surface of concrete brick pavers. Efflorescence is completely natural and occurs with all concrete products containing cement. Efflorescence is created when the calcium oxide naturally found in the cement mixes with water to form calcium hydroxide and then is leached to the surface of the paver where it comes in contact with the carbon dioxide in the air and then forms calcium carbonate which forms the white, chalky residue referred to as efflorescence.
Dry Time: Surfaces must be thoroughly dry before applying new paver jointing sand and paver sealer. Allow the brick pavers to dry for a minimum of 24 hours in warm, dry weather.

One of the most important elements of restoring brick pavers is the type of sand used. One of the most important elements of restoring brick pavers is the type of sand used. We stay current with industry standards and continually evaluate new products to ensure they meet our clients’ needs. For this process, we use a high‑quality polymeric sand that is swept into the paver joints to help prevent weed and grass growth. Once activated with water, the polymeric sand hardens, creating a durable, long‑lasting bond that stabilizes the surface and enhances the overall appearance of your pavers.
When Sanding and Sealing your Brick Pavers:
On the day we come back and finish sanding and sealing your brick pavers, we will:
1. Blow off any debris from brick pavers.
2. Level Brick Pavers (if included in price.
3. Sweep the G2 Polybind Complete Polymeric sand between the paver joints.
4. Blow off excess sand from the surface of the pavers.
5. Apply one coat of MS 4551 paver sealer by sprayer.

It’s common to find brick pavers that have become uneven over time, often due to a lack of proper maintenance. One of the main causes is either using the wrong type of sand—or not having sand in the joints at all. When moss or grass takes over the paver joints, water can easily seep beneath the surface. It’s common to find brick pavers that have become uneven over time, often due to a lack of proper maintenance. One of the main causes is either using the wrong type of sand—or not having sand in the joints at all. When moss or grass takes over the paver joints, water can easily seep beneath the surface. During the colder months, that trapped moisture freezes and expands, causing the pavers to shift and become uneven.
We use specialized techniques to properly level your pavers, ensuring a stable, long‑lasting surface that looks clean and well‑maintained.

Some prefer a high‑gloss finish, while others like a more natural look. We typically recommend using a low‑shine or natural sealer, as it protects the surface while maintaining the pavers’ original appearance.
Sealing also provides practical benefits. It helps reduce staining from oil or other spills and makes routine maintenance easier. High‑gloss sealers, however, create a film on the surface that can become slippery when wet, which is why we generally advise against them for most applications.

We use a rotating turbo nozzle or a surface cleaner to clean the surface of the cement. Many people are very surprised when they see the results.

Sealing your concrete is an optional service, but it offers valuable long‑term benefits. A properly sealed driveway helps preserve both the appearance and the lifespan of the concrete. If your vehicle leaks oil, coolant, or other harsh fluids, the sealer acts as a protective barrier, preventing those liquids from soaking into the surface and leaving permanent stains.

We use a rotating turbo nozzle or a surface cleaner to clean the surface of the stamped concrete, prepping it for the sealing stage.

In many cases, by not maintaining or sealing stamped concrete, the color tend to look dull and dry. Sealing stamped concrete glorifies the natural look of the color and makes it stand out.
